Terms of Service

If there are any questions or concerns, please contact me first.

Waitlist: Anyone interested in entering the waitlist must provide design references for the commission. References may include inspirational illustrations, typefaces, and similar for work to begin.

Payment: The client will pay the artist a negotiated amount for the completed artwork. Payment is due to begin the commissioning process. This is based on a first come, first served basis.

Copyright: The artist retains the copyright to the artwork, but grants the client the right to display and reproduce the artwork for personal use only.

Changes and revisions: The client may request changes or revisions to the artwork during the creation process. The artist will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these requests, but additional charges may apply.

Delivery: The artist will deliver the completed artwork to the client via the agreed upon methods. If at any time the client loses the completed artwork, they may request redelivery directly at no charge.

Cancellation or Status Update: Either the artist or the client may cancel the commission at any time, but the artist may keep any payments already received as compensation for their time and effort.

Warranty: The artist warrants that the artwork will be created with reasonable care and skill.

Liability: The artist is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the artwork.

Confidentiality: The artist will keep all information provided by the client confidential. That being said, please initiate contact from your main account.
